• Initial consultation

During our initial consultation we will discuss your current mental health concerns and larger treatment goals. This will include an extensive mental health and physical health history, a review of psychosocial considerations, and discussion of forms of treatment you have tried in the past. At the end we will review several options to ensure that we select the right fit for you.

  • FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS

After our initial consultation we will continue to follow up at intervals consistent with your needs. We will review your experience with treatment thus far- the good and the bad, and continue to refine your care.

  • MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

A large part of our work together will be medication management. Common mental health medication categories include SSRIs, SNRIs, mood stabilizers, and several as needed anti-anxiety medications.

  • SUPPORTIVE THERAPY

This refers to therapy that is offered within our sessions, and typically focuses on processing current emotions or implementing specific behavioral coping skills. If more extensive, manualized therapy is recommended, a referral will be provided.

  • What we treat

We treat a large range of mental health disorders in all age ranges. Some common conditions include, Depression, Anxiety, Panic attacks, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, ADHD, Insomnia, and Adjustment disorders

  • Telehealth

Currently this practice operates primarily through telehealth. Telehealth utilizes HIPAA compliant, private, safe, and user-friendly technology to facilitate remote appointments. As with every practice option this comes with advantages and disadvantages, and is not right for everyone. If you are someone who might benefit from in person appointments, referrals will be provided. However, if telehealth is an appropriate and safe option for you, it can offer more flexibility and convenience.
